My 49 yr old husband has erectile dysfunction and has been trying a variety of non-prescription products that don’t seem to help — or do anything at all — such as Viaprin strips, Zencore, etc. He did try the prescription drugs but our health plan doesn’t cover them. He doesn’t care for Viagra (it makes him nauseous), but Levitra works fine and would be great except for the cost (and we are on a tight budget). I have been married for 2 years now and i knew my husband for at least 1 year before we got married. I am almost 30 years old and i have not had sex once in my life. Over the last few years i have been having trouble getting an erection (probably 50-75%of the time) when having intercourse. Yet for some reason, it doesn’t seem to be a problem when i am Masturbating (maybe 5% of the time having trouble).

I am wondering if looking at porn since i was in puberty, and being in my early 20’s now, has caused problems with having actual sex. It sounds crazy, but is it possible that i am becomming less aroused by actual sex, and more aroused by Pornographic images?

Yes , it is common but it is a psychological problem not a physical one
