Could someone please tell me, or provide a link to a good penis enlargement exercise, on how to increase staminia, width, size of the head, the pc flex thing, and how to make it longer and stuff?

p.s. how to increase sperm too?

There’s no real extensive ways to enlarge the penis, other than surgery and that’s not really worth it.
You could try stretching and jelqing but that won’t give too much in results I don’t think, maybe a few millimeters to a centimeter, two if you’re lucky.

And the other poster is wrong about sperm. Men don’t come with a set number of sperm their whole lives. Otherwise men would be high and dry as much as we masturbate. Sperm reproduces daily, but if you want more quantity in ejaculation just don’t stimulate yourself to orgasm for a few days or weeks, as you see fit.

Hey Guys, I am a pretty average 17 year old male, in 5′11" tall, 150lbs with an athletic build. I have been with my girlfriend for well over 8 months now and have been sexually active right from the outset (We are each others first and at this stage, only, sexual partners as well).
However, only recently we have actually tried to have intercourse and it is proving to be quite difficult. When I go to insert my penis inside her, i ejaculate (even without orgasm – an extra slap in the face) almost instantly, definitely within the first five seconds.

As you can probably understand, this is a very frustrating and embarrassing thing to happen. Thankfully my girlfriend is very patient and understanding about this problem but deep down i feel very ashamed at my inability to show her the time i think she deserves. I really do love her with all my heart and i know she feels the same in return. I have no troubles with pleasing her with my fingers and through oral sex but I know that she wishes to take it to the next level, as do I.

It should be noted that from hand jobs, blow jobs and through masturbation, it takes me between 10 and 20 minutes to climax, so why is it that when we try to have sex, i only last a few seconds?
Do I have erectile dysfunction? premature ejaculation? How normal is this? And finally, is there any way i can fix this problem?

No doubt he shows little interest because he is having trouble performing. Repeat this a few times without any mention of actually having sex so that he get confidence in his abilities, then on day say you want to go to bed and see what we can do. I don’t know that this will work from him, but I would think days of teasing would sure begin to build up for him, if not he may be a lost cause. I also know this is going to be very difficult and frustrating for you as you arousal will no doubt be through the roof.
