Will taking a erectile dysfunction drug disqualify you from military service?

I’m a healthy 26 year old male who is hoping to obtain a ROTC scholarship to attend graduate school. However, my only medical problem is that I have periodic episodes of erectile dysfunction. Will taking a prescription drug disqualify me automatically when filling out the MEPS prior to signing up for ROTC? I have no other medical problems, and can easily pass the PT examination for running, push ups and situps.

Gosh oh my Limpy, why not ask your ROTC representative. I am sure that person knows a lot more then we do.

How should I fix this problem?

I’m 17 years old. Yesterday my ex-girlfriend who is dating someone else came over. After resisting the urge to kiss her I finally kissed her which led to having sex. All through the day she had been teasing me and giving me erections, (now I don’t remember if they went away fast or not at the time), but when it came to having sex, I couldn’t keep a boner for my life. Now my parents were upstairs, I’ve never had sex with them home before. She said I could of just been nervous, but today when I was alone I tried masturbating and though I could get a boner I couldn’t keep it if I stopped stroking. Now I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t do drugs, not a lot anyways. I’ve never had this problem before that I can recall. Does anyone have any ideas what it could possibly be? Erectile Dysfunction was suggested by my ex, but I honestly have no clue. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions on what I should do or try in order to fix it. Thank you for your time.

Im having a problem with erectile dysfuntion im only 21?

i have had erectile dysfunction for about a week now. Im not sure why it is happening. im 21 years, not overweight, and in pretty good shape. Im not sexually active and have not been for 2 years. Im worried that the problem may become a chronic one. Im only having mild psychical symptons but im not sure if it is the cause. I dont want to be to graphic but I have had light muscle spasms and quick sharp pulsating pains between my testicals and my anus. i have also had a feeling like I have not finished going #2, and a feeling like there is still something in my urethra. I have had a very mild fever that comes and goes(its only like 99.2-99.8) Im not sure if these problems are related. They are very mild. im almost afraid that if I tell the doctor that he will not be able to find the problem, what if they are not related. How will I ever be able to handle a relationship with this problem. I made a appointment the other day but was not able to make it because I had to work

i have been under stress too, but i wwas under a lot of stress a week ago and did not have any problems

if these are not the causes what should i do and will the doctor not take me seriously because of my age?

Sounds to me as if you could have some kind of urine infection. I would definitely see my doctor if it was me. Better safe than sorry. In the meantime you may like to read an article I wrote a couple of years ago about this problem. In men of your age, erectile dysfunction is generally temporary. I’m interested that you say you are not sexually active and have not been for the past two years. I’m guessing you must masturbate or you wouldn’t even know you had this problem. Anyway I hope you find my article useful, but please see a doctor as well.

Yep. Herbs work!!! That’s why so many people are into them now. My roommate bought this stuff called Intimate Teas and she swears by it. She let me borrow some and I had a great time. I want more. She told me to buy my own. It’s got ginseng and some other herbs in it. It works for men and women. I’ll let my boyfriend try some when I buy my own.

My erections last just until I ejaculate. Any opinions? How could I fix it? Would taking Vitamins change anything.

You need to practise the start and stop technique.
Just before you come stop,relax a bit:restart and go on.
Is called edging.
Practise this a lot and you are going to last way longer.
