Can a partner with erectile dysfunction make you pregnant?

Saturday Feb 6, 2010

My husband and i have been trying for a baby but he suffers erectyle dysfunction. We’ve been to the doctor’s and the medications don’t seem to work. We’ve been trying to have sex even without erection but he ejaculates… We’ve tried that for a while now and want to know if there are success stories of ED and if there’s a possibility of getting pregnant. Please share you thoughts and stories with me.

yes! of course you can! :)

anyway – try some natural and herbal treatment! not viagra!!!

year ago my husband suffered very much from Erectile Dysfunction too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop Erectile Dysfunction. the things that really work is:

1) Increase your intake of L-arginine. Your body uses this amino acid to produce nitric oxide. This substance will allow for the relaxation of smooth muscle surrounding the penis’ blood vessels, dilating them and increasing blood flow. This increased blood flow should encourage erections.

L-arginine can be found naturally through food such as: poultry, meat, dairy products and fish. It can also be purchased in tablet form as a supplement. However, it should be noted that high doses of L-arginine can result in stomach complaints as it increases the production of gastrin, which is the hormone responsible for producing stomach acid. If you suffer from ulcers it could exacerbate your problems, so you would be wise to steer clear of this treatment option.

2) Ginko is particularly effective in men who are suffering ED as a result of anti-depressants. Like L-arginine, it relaxes smooth muscle around the penis’ blood vessels which can increase blood flow.

3) Ensure you are getting enough zinc in your diet by enjoying food such as: oysters, meats, cold-water fish, beans and nuts. Zinc absorption is better in people who have a diet richer in protein than in plants, so make sure you’re getting enough meats, poultry, eggs, fish and nuts. Diabetes, digestive disorders and some kidney and liver diseases can cause a siginificant depletion of the mineral zinc which has been shown to lead to erectile dysfunction.

4) Alcohol, drugs (prescription & recreational) and smoking can increase likelihood of suffering from erectile dysfunction. It’s best to cut out alcohol, recreational drugs and smoking from your routine to improve your chances of overcoming this problem. If you’re concerned about the impact of prescription drugs on your sexual performance, speak to a pharmacist or doctor for advice.

5) Pelvic floor exercises have been shown to assist in treating ED. These exercises strengthen the muscles around the base of the penis. One study of 55 men showed that after 3 months, there was a marked improvement in men who followed these exercises. To do this at home, tighten your pelvic floor muscles as though you’re trying to stop yourself from passing gas. You can also try and practicing retracting your penis and lifting your scrotum only using your pelvic floor muscles.

6) also you must use herbal treatment because you can not always live 100% healthy…!!!

in that case CaliPlus is really good (probably the best) product that helps against Erectile Dysfunction!
CaliPlus contains an effective composition of herbs that triggers the sex glands and increases blood accumulation in the erectile tissues (Corpora Cavernosa and Corpus Spongiosum) and thus produces strong erections.
I do not know if any pharmacies carry CaliPlus but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.caliplus.com/?id=aa0a2e

It worked and still works for him!
and for me too! :)

How to treat erectile dysfunction naturally?

Should I combine my Natural penis exercise program with Herbal penis enlargement pills?

Sunday Dec 20, 2009

I am thinking of using natural penis exercises I heard they work and aside giving a bigger penis they also give stronger erections, But what I wanted to know is if i should combine natural penis exercises with a herbal penis enlargement pill? Are these pills just a waste of money or would they help me in getting a bigger penis alongside natural penis exercises? Has anyone used pills in combination with exercises to get a bigger penis? Only guys that have used exercises and pills should answer!!!

most definately, using some Cayenne, Gingko Bilbo, Gota Kola, L-Arginine will increase oxygen to the blood vessels augmenting the process of your exercises to increase penile size◙

Is it safe to take Ginkgo and L-arginine together and does it help with erectile dysfunction?

Sunday Dec 13, 2009

I’m just taking these to get my blood flowing again plus I just asked someone about is it safe to take both the other day and they told me both are good for erectile dysfunction and make you last longer in bed and I had no clue it does that because that’s not what I’m taking it for only to get my blood flowing.

Ginkgo and L-arginine are nutritional supplements that are safe to take together (at a reasonable dose, as with anything, taking too much could be harmful). Both are commonly used for improving circulation which may therefore be also beneficial for erectile dysfunction (ED) (especially if circulation is a cause). However, the notion that these supplements may make you last longer in bed is not true. I am not aware of any evidence of this effect. There are exercises you can perform that can help in this, but nutritional supplements are likely not effective. Kegal exercises can help you control ejaculation for longer sex. See here for more info: http://sexuality.about.com/od/anatomyresponse/ht/kegelsmen.htm

Arginine is a common and natural amino acid. It is commonly used for circulatory problems becasue it is an NO (Nitric Oxide) precursor. NO causes relaxation and dilation of your blood vessels allowing blood to flow. The theory is that by taking arginine, you can potentially increase the amount of NO in the blood, and therefore improve circulation.

Ginkgo biloba tree leaf extract has been used therapeutically in China for millennia. The active ingredients of Ginkgo biloba extracts contain many different substances but most of them fall into two main categories: Terpenoid lactones and Flavonoids. Ginkgo is most commonly used to help memory and mental function (and research reveals this effect may be due to increased circulation in the brain.)

In terms of erectile dysfunction, there may be a benefit to using both arginine and ginkgo (because of the circulatory benefits). See the following sites for specific research in regards to the effect of arginine and ginkgo for ED:
http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/?s=arginine
http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/?s=ginkgo

Dosage is also a key factor. One study with a low dose showed no effect with ED (http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/effect-of-oral-administration-of-high-dose-nitric-oxide-donor-l-arginine-in-men-with-organic-erectile-dysfunction-results-of-a-double-blind-randomized-placebo-controlled-study/) and another study with high dose revealed some benefit for ED (http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/effectiveness-of-oral-l-arginine-in-first-line-treatment-of-erectile-dysfunction-in-a-controlled-crossover-study/)

It would be advisable to seek professional advise from an expert in nutritional supplements (i.e. Naturopathic Doctor or MD with training in nutrition).

Here is another good article on nutrional supplementation (including arginine and ginkgo): http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/nutrients-and-botanicals-for-erectile-dysfunction-examining-the-evidence-2/ (click on the yellow "alternative medicine review" button for the full article)
