Try the paper test get some tissue paper make a small strip long enough to go around ur soft penis have the ends snuggly taped then go to sleep with briefs. Just tell your parents that you have some other issue. Idk, like a sore throat or some other innocuous issue. Then just mention it when you are there. You may find that your problem is more anxiety based though, rather than a physical one.
