How should I fix this problem?

I’m 17 years old. Yesterday my ex-girlfriend who is dating someone else came over. After resisting the urge to kiss her I finally kissed her which led to having sex. All through the day she had been teasing me and giving me erections, (now I don’t remember if they went away fast or not at the time), but when it came to having sex, I couldn’t keep a boner for my life. Now my parents were upstairs, I’ve never had sex with them home before. She said I could of just been nervous, but today when I was alone I tried masturbating and though I could get a boner I couldn’t keep it if I stopped stroking. Now I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t do drugs, not a lot anyways. I’ve never had this problem before that I can recall. Does anyone have any ideas what it could possibly be? Erectile Dysfunction was suggested by my ex, but I honestly have no clue. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions on what I should do or try in order to fix it. Thank you for your time.

Don’t freak out. As long as you’re still experiencing morning stiffness, physiologically you’re probably fine. What do you do if your significant other has erectile dysfunction?

My significant other has a major issue with erectile dysfunction and because of his sensitivity to medication, he can’t do much about it. He has tried most of the E.D. drugs as well as all the herbal remedies and they usually make him so wired or anxious that the headache involved isn’t worth it. We’ve been together for about 3 years but it’s killing me. It really puts a damper on my self esteem and it takes its toll on the relationship. I’m in my early 20’s and he’s in his mid 30’s and infidelity is a deal breaker to him. Toys only do so much, but they don’t beat real intimacy. there is a technique sex therapists use… you are intimate together three times a week for at least an hour. the first week it’s kissing only, then 2nd week petting above the waist but no further, and so on. by the 8th week, he can try penetration, but you aren’t supposed to move, he’s supposed to just leave it there and feel the sensations, while at the same time, lots of kissing, petting, etc. even if you feel like you can have sex, you cannot until the 12th week. by the 12th week you can attempt to have sex.

Yep. Herbs work!!! That’s why so many people are into them now. My roommate bought this stuff called Intimate Teas and she swears by it. She let me borrow some and I had a great time. I want more. She told me to buy my own. It’s got ginseng and some other herbs in it. It works for men and women. I’ll let my boyfriend try some when I buy my own.

Well, yes smoking they say does add to the problem due to the oxygen in the blood is needed for an erection. It all depends on what length you will go in order to having a fullfilling sex life.
