Is is useful to wear penis ring for sexual enhancement ? Could I wear it for 24 hours ?

I wouldn’t know if its useful. But if it helps you why not. But I don’t suggest wearing it for 24 hours. Its very unhealthy. Maybe it might cut off your circulation or something then you’ll forever not be needing the ring. Just wear it when you need to and then remove them afterwards.
Why is this the the fashion section? As far as I know these are only stylish in the s&m scene. Anyway, I think anything constrictive you wear "ahem" *down there* should only be worn for a couple of hours, at most, otherwise you will run into problems with circulation and could end up in the hospital.
