The best method for girth would be jelqing. Jelqing can best be described as milking the penis obviously like milking a cow. To do this you apply lubricant (k.y, Vaseline, ect.) to the penis and make an "OK" sign with your hand. You grip the penis with the "OK" sign at the base and complete a 2-3 stroke until you get to the bottom of the head and release. That’s one rep. Do the same thing this time with the other hand. Complete 150 reps. Jelq 2 days on 1 day off to see gains, but you must be patient.

For length the best method would probably be hanging. Hanging is when put a weight on your penis and…hang. It is said that you should start with stretches (penis stretches) before you move on to hanging as it can cause damage.

I have used these methods and have seen gains. I went from 6.5 inches to 7.1 in length and 4.5 inches to 5.0 in girth. The main thing is that you need to be patient and stay motivated.

There are lots of penis enlargement exercises, but the most common is probably jelqing, or ‘milking’ the penis.

All the exercises break down the cell walls of the 2 chambers inside the penis by forcing blood into them; this stretches the cells to larger than their normal size. Like in any other part of the body, these cells then repair themselves by growing back, but each time they grow back larger and stronger.

This allows the chambers to hold more blood, which expands the erectile tissue, and results in a bigger, stronger penis.
