Rossie... There is nothing including surgery, as i have done everything because of an injury to my penis and testicles. I lost both testicles, and now have an implant to keep what i have. Be glad that what you have works fine. There is nothing including pumps, pills patches, exercises, or what have you that will change your size, unless you have an accident like i had, then you lose length and size. Im not small by any means, but im have lost a lot. Im sure your perfect as God intended you to be. It isn't just the size of our penis that makes us men. Good Luck! Steve
