sorry i can’t solve your problem. But I don’t think you are selfish – i just posted something about my situation that is similar. Although i don’t want a kid I do want to be satisfied…

And I also found that it is very difficult for my man to ejaculate. I suspect that was because he masturbated for a long time. And in the past few years probably he only "cum" in me by penetration for less than 10 times…So your situation is really not too bad. I am trying to say i think men need to be supported and understood/helped. I don’t mean to be rude at all, but you’re asking for opinions.

If I were you, and if I were a woman, I’d be married to any man I’m living with. That way there’s commitment on his part, including to having a family. As it is, he might feel he can go "part-time" regarding your concerns and plans.

If I were a woman, I’d want a chivalrous, full-time partner and friend who’d plan goals with me, inspire me, and who’d willingly and without hesitation give his life for me and for his children. I’d accept nothing less.
