I need help. Boyfriend thinks I gave him erectile dysfunction.?

Yesterday I gave him oral sex and he thought i bit him which cause a shock to go through his body. I feel extremely guilty..and i’m a bit scared because now he can’t feel anything when we have sex except in the tip. if it helps he is a healthy 20 year old guy. does anyone know what could’ve happened or can help me fix this?
he said i bit the nerve…(he isn’t circumcised) can that cause damage if i did?
