Hi, My brother met with an acident a year back and had ruptured his urethera, after cytoscopic surgery, the stricture was fixed and has now healed well. but in the due course he has lost sensation and is having a erectile dysfunction. Is there any cure to it other than going for implants.

U better consult a good surgeon for this opinion coz its a very life risky problem,coz there r many treatments for this case but depending on the patient’s condition n severity a specific treatment or medications can be undertaken.
