It varies from person to person. I can tell you from personal experience it def did for me 
but there are also a lot of people who can f’ck all night after popin a roll. The only way for your friend to find out is if he tries it himself.
Also if he’s ever done any uppers (coke/adderall/ect) and can get up, then he should be fine with MDMA. If he’s tried any of those and can’t get it up it’s probably a good sign he won’t be able to with rolls either.

I just witnessed this last night, haha good times.
My friend and her boyfriend were going to have sex because apparently when you’re on mdma, it feels amazing.
But he couldn’t get it up, so I’m guessing it’s like that for every guy, because I’ve seen this a few times.
