None. If you get viagra, get 100mg. then cut if half. Never take with grapefruit juice,it will make you dizzy. Keep nasal spray as it gives me congestion. Been taking it 2 years , as blood pressure medicines mess with love making.

A deficiency of Vitamin B, especially Vit. B 12 will cause some dysfunction. This is over the counter stuff. Try it, give it about 3-4 weeks and see if this helps. Otherwise, make sure no diabetes is involved here. Good luck
