No really and if it does its all psychological. Ive had it happen to me when I was nervous, drunk or didnt know the girl well. Its actually happened a bunch. Ive had girlfriends where we had sex everyday and it never happened once… From physical standpoint I think its when you’re like 50 or older, but I bet if you stay in good shape possibly 70..

some guys do get ED when they are young, but its mostly mental .. and not every guy gets ED ..

ED is not usual. It can be due to many things, not the least of which is emotional dysfunction.
While not common, it can and does occur in teenagers.
