Just tell your parents that you have some other issue. Idk, like a sore throat or some other innocuous issue. Then just mention it when you are there. You may find that your problem is more anxiety based though, rather than a physical one.

i love it how my next door neighbors make a big deal and fuss about commerials for condoms and birth control because they say it encourages sex outside of marriage. thats fine. i have no problem with their view. what i have a problem with is that they have no problem with those erectile dysfunction commercials that play every hour of the day. In their own words, those commercials encourage marital stability because sex is an important part of marriage….. once again fine. MY problem is that they are making the assumption that every 40 something man and woman is married(AND monogamus) and that is not true and that all teenagers are sluts. bottom line is that all of those things promote sex. bottom line. A man does not take those pills for decoration. so i just want to know if those against condoms and birth control are also against ED commercials. they encourage out of wedlock sex too, ya kno. lol

Probably they’re probably against everything sexual that doesn’t fit their narrow view of whatever they want things to be.

I have been married for 2 years now and i knew my husband for at least 1 year before we got married. I am almost 30 years old and i have not had sex once in my life. All my life i waited for this special person and now i am in a fix. My significant other has a major issue with erectile dysfunction and because of his sensitivity to medication, he can’t do much about it. He has tried most of the E.D. drugs as well as all the herbal remedies and they usually make him so wired or anxious that the headache involved isn’t worth it. We’ve been together for about 3 years but it’s killing me. It really puts a damper on my self esteem and it takes its toll on the relationship. there is a technique sex therapists use… you are intimate together three times a week for at least an hour. the first week it’s kissing only, then 2nd week petting above the waist but no further, and so on. by the 8th week, he can try penetration, but you aren’t supposed to move, he’s supposed to just leave it there and feel the sensations, while at the same time, lots of kissing, petting, etc. even if you feel like you can have sex, you cannot until the 12th week. by the 12th week you can attempt to have sex.

one of the keys here is that, if he goes limp, do NOT stop touching each other intimately, you must keep on giving each other pleasurable sensations. this supposedly re-trains the man to be more sensitive and feel pleasure more, increasing the chances of an erection.

The reason why I asked this question, is wouldn’t it be easier to have women reach sexual peak faster than normal than a man attempting to last longer to match the woman’s sexual peak? i have had erectile dysfunction for about a week now. Im not sure why it is happening. im 21 years, not overweight, and in pretty good shape. Im not sexually active and have not been for 2 years. Im worried that the problem may become a chronic one. Im only having mild psychical symptons but im not sure if it is the cause. I dont want to be to graphic but I have had light muscle spasms and quick sharp pulsating pains between my testicals and my anus. i have also had a feeling like I have not finished going #2, and a feeling like there is still something in my urethra. I have had a very mild fever that comes and goes(its only like 99.2-99.8) Im not sure if these problems are related. They are very mild. im almost afraid that if I tell the doctor that he will not be able to find the problem, what if they are not related. How will I ever be able to handle a relationship with this problem. I made a appointment the other day but was not able to make it because I had to work

Sounds to me as if you could have some kind of urine infection. I would definitely see my doctor if it was me. Better safe than sorry. In the meantime you may like to read an article I wrote a couple of years ago about this problem. In men of your age, erectile dysfunction is generally temporary. I’m interested that you say you are not sexually active and have not been for the past two years. I’m guessing you must masturbate or you wouldn’t even know you had this problem. Anyway I hope you find my article useful, but please see a doctor as well.
